Exchange and return policy

Exchange and return policy:


The exchange and return shall be due to a defect in the product. This does not include errors resulting from shipping companies or the buyer’s delay in receiving the order from the shipping company. The buyer has the right to ask the shipping company to compensate for the defect or delay in accordance with their own policy.


· Conditions for exchange and return:

1- All products must be in their original condition with original stickers and packaging.

2- It must be within a maximum period of seven days from receiving the product.

3- The product must be sent to us by the same company that was sent to you, and the customer must pay the shipping company the shipping value...even if he finds a free shipping offer.

4- The product defect should not be the result of the shipping company or customer misuse.


· Method of exchange and return:

1- Email us at [email protected] with a request for exchange and return, attaching the order invoice and a photo of the product. The email will be answered within a maximum period of (2) working days.

2- We provide the customer with the full address to send the products, and they will be sent by the same company that delivered the order to him. After the products arrive, we verify the defect within a maximum period of (7) working days.

3- If the exchange and return is accepted by us, the customer will be informed of this and the product will be replaced or the amount refunded within a maximum period of (14) working days from the date of approval of the return.
