This agreement specifies the definitions, services, and guarantees between the buyer and the Nabti online store.

 

Nabti Company owns and manages this site, and any contract you conclude within the site will be with Nabti Agricultural Food Company, and access to the site is linked to the terms and conditions contained therein.

Site services:

Nabti Store provides the service of selling date products online. When a customer requests any of the products approved on the site, the Nabti Store website will prepare and ship it to the address specified by the customer.

 

Nabti Store Commitments:

1- Nabti Store is committed to securing the products requested by the buyer and available in the store, and delivering them within a maximum period of 5 working days within the city of Buraidah and Riyadh and 7 working days within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the date of the order.

2- Nabti Store has the right to act in cases in which the customer does not respond to the Nabti Store team or respond to correspondence received from it, such that these cases urgently require the buyer’s opinion, and the delay in processing these cases results in harm to Nabti Store, or delayed shipping. The order is for the customer, and the customer bears full responsibility for that. The customer must follow up on his order, follow up on his phone and e-mail, and respond to Nabti Store’s calls and correspondence.

3- Nabti Store has the right to change the order status to “completed” after 30 days of shipment, and in the event that we are unable to track the path of the shipment, or the customer does not receive the shipment from the carrier company for any reason.

What does not fall under Nabti Store’s warranty and responsibility:

1- Nabti Store does not bear any responsibility for delays caused by shipping companies, and the buyer must follow up on the shipment via the shipment tracking number, which will be provided to the buyer on his mobile number provided by him while completing the order.

2- Nabti Store does not bear responsibility for the error written in the shipping address, nor does it bear responsibility if the address is incomplete, or the shipping company’s error in directing the shipment.

3 - The site is not responsible for the buyer’s error in estimating the item to be purchased, such as thinking it is one thing and it is something else, as long as the item arrived as it was displayed in the store.

4 - Nabti Store disclaims all responsibility for the order as soon as the carrier company receives it, and responsibility passes to the company, and whatever happens to the order in terms of damage, loss, or change in the quality of the product due to the shipping company or the customer’s delay in receiving the order, and it has the right to demand compensation from the shipping company when this happens. The Nabti store team is fully prepared to provide all administrative consultations and assistance.

5- Nabti Store website has the right to change this agreement without notice, and the change will be effective on all orders, except for the orders that have been approved and paid for, as they will be effective on the agreement before it was amended.

 

Customer rights and obligations:

1- The customer has the right to cancel the order before the order status is “shipped” without any reason, and he must notify the site of canceling the order via mobile phone 0554998066.

2- The customer bears responsibility for choosing the product and the customer must ensure that the products written in the order are exactly what he wants.

3- The customer has the right to request the shipment tracking number issued by the carrier company to the address specified in the request.

4- All correspondence regarding purchase, payment, etc. is done through the Nabti store, and requests or correspondence made outside the site are not accepted.

6- The customer must place the product in a refrigeration temperature suitable for the product and not expose it to moisture or air entering the box so that there is no change in the quality and suitability of the product.

8- Your use of the site means your acceptance of and commitment to all terms of this agreement.

 

Concluding contracts and electronic contracts:

Below are the technical steps for concluding the contract between us and you:

You choose the product or products you ordered on the website, by clicking “Payment” on the payment page when completing your purchase.

You will be directed to the website through simple steps

Your goods will be delivered to you according to the method you chose on the checkout page on the website.

We will send you an order receipt message detailing the product you ordered. This message is not a confirmation of the order and is not our approval of the order.

You will receive our approval of your request when we send you the product you ordered.

The value of your order will be the product price including tax plus delivery value.
